A few weeks ago Jeremy Zawodny made a post about the death of the $100 hamburger. With gas crossing $4/gal, and demand actually decreasing, it seems to be that the new $100 hamburger is going to be any time you take a drive in a car to grab lunch somewhere else. Say you drive 50 miles there, 50 miles back..your sports car gets 10 miles to the gallon…with lunch…that’s awfully close to a $100 trip.
My $100 hamburger is already any day I take the boat out and get a burger at Maynards. Oh well. You gotta pay to play.

$10 burgers from fuddruckers aren’t bad.
For about 5 years I didn’t realize how expensive it was to fill up a boat until I went to my inlaws cabin for the first time without them there to pay for it.
I was thinking this was cheap compared to the burger king $200 burger posted on the same day… http://www.luxist.com/2008/06/19/burger-kings-200-burger/
