When I was in high school I started restoring a 1968 Corvette. My friend Richard and I put in long hours driving 1.5 hours to my uncle’s shop, working on the car all day Sunday, and then driving back. We did this almost every weekend. Those days I was long on time, and short on money. Finally things have reversed, which is a high class problem. Today my friends and I went and picked up the Corvette and dropped it off at an experienced Corvette shop (whom I will name when it’s finished). A couple months from now, I’ll drive the car out of there completely restored. I’ll post more pics and specs as things progress. See the gallery for more pics.
P.S. Check out the 100-point 1957 in the background.
