How to be a Real Life MFA Spammer

I had CNBC on in the background today and they mentioned a segment coming up on foreclosures. Being that I invest quite a bit in real estate I was curious to see what they had to say. The so-called “expert” gave a few tips on buying foreclosed or short-sale properties, and mentioned three web sites to use (which were then displayed on the screen). Two of them were (nofollowed for being shitty sites) PropertyShark, and Foreclosure.com. The other one was, hud.com. hud.com. Look at that site. I’d like to think she was joking or mistaken, but I think its more likely that the woman was spamming that MFA (actually Overture feeds) site in real life. I’d die to know how much revenue that segment on CNBC generated for hud.com.

Well played.

I do a bit with real estate as well. I am sure they meant hud.gov, do you think many people watch that show? Either way there are much better sites out there. And to that point I have found most real estate deals are not found on the web.
