They are into traditions. Unfortunately if you investigate you will find out their President is really a criminal that passed laws that he can not be prosecuted for money laundering in the Cayman Islands, etc. So with him as a role model, what do you expect of restaurant owners? :) Yes, Italy is a great country; the people are nice, proud and yet friendly.
