You Know You Travel Too Much When

Seriously, those are only the trips I’ve booked through Expedia. Thats not counting Amex, NWA or trips other entities have paid for. All those trips though, and Expedia has done nothing for me for customer loyalty. Kinda makes me wonder why I continue to book my trips through them.

Time to switch to Kayak.com. Although they are not really a service-oriented site, it’s nice to know someone is out their looking for the best deals for you. Expedia is a bit too infested with the corporate legacy of Microsoft and IAC Interactive. The only problem with Kayak is having to create multiple logins at all the sites it crawls when you want to buy a ticket. Still, there are soem great features like multi-stop itineraries and open jaw tickets.
